One Team Across HVAC, Appliances and Refrigeration

Heating and cooling problems rarely stay inside the equipment. A heat pump that keeps tripping may be pointing at the electrical panel. A furnace that short-cycles may be pointing at ductwork. We work across HVAC, appliance repair and refrigeration with the same in-house team, so we can chase a problem across all three instead of handing you off.

Air Conditioning Repair & Replacement

We diagnose weak cooling, systems that run without cooling, short cycling, iced coils, drainage problems and units that will not start. We service central air and cooling on heat pump systems, and install replacement equipment when a repair no longer makes sense. If your system is worth keeping, we will say so.

Furnace & Heating Service

Most heating calls are simple: a furnace that will not light, a blower running cold, a system that made it through one winter and would not start for the next. We work on gas and electric furnaces, diagnose ignition and flame-sensing faults, control boards, blower failures and airflow restrictions, and run a safety check on every heating visit.

Heat Pumps & Controls

Heat pumps suit this climate. Winters here rarely get cold enough to strand one, and the same equipment covers summer. A lot of older homes across King and Snohomish County still run 100-amp service, and a conversion adds real electrical load. We check the panel during the site visit, not after the equipment is ordered.

Our Process

  1. 1

    Schedule Your Visit

Tell us the equipment type, the brand, and what it is doing. The technician arrives with the likely parts already on the truck.

  2. 2

    Root-Cause Diagnosis

We work the system in a set order — testing components, reading fault codes, checking airflow and electrical supply.

  3. 3

    Repair or Installation

A large share of repairs finish on the first visit. On installs we sequence the work and coordinate any licensed trade partner.

  4. 4

    Test & Safety Check

We run a full cycle, confirm performance, and complete a safety check on heating equipment before we leave.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you handle air conditioning, heating and heat pumps, or only one?

All three. We repair, service, install and replace air conditioning, furnaces and heating systems, and heat pumps. We also work on thermostats, controls, airflow problems and indoor air quality equipment.

My house has 100-amp electrical service. Can I still add a heat pump?

Often yes, but it needs checking first. Plenty of older homes here still run 100-amp service, and a heat pump adds real load. Sometimes there is room; sometimes the panel needs upgrading before the equipment goes in. We check during planning so it does not surface mid-install.

Do your own technicians do the electrical panel work?

No. Alpha Solutions holds one license: Washington General Contractor ALPHAS*748B1. Panel work goes to a licensed electrical contractor we bring in. We own the scope, the schedule and the single point of contact.

Should I repair my system or replace it?

It depends on the age of the equipment, what failed, how efficient it is, and how many repairs it has already needed. A newer system with one failed part is usually worth repairing. We give you the assessment and let you decide.

Do you service systems you did not install?

Yes. Most of the systems we work on were installed by someone else. Tell us the brand and model when you book and the technician will come prepared.

How much will it cost?

We quote each job rather than publishing rates. It depends on what the technician finds — which part failed, how hard it is to reach, and whether repair or replacement is the better value. You get a written quote before any work starts.
